Option 2. Automatic Payment Authorization Form (ACH) Debit
RVI will debit your company checking account. Please click the link above, fill out the form and return to RVI.Your invoice will be emailed.

 

Option 3. ACH Credit Addendum Information Request
Request the RVI account information to perform a credit transfer payment into RVI's checking account. Your invoice will be emailed.
