RVI for IBM i is a powerful, flexible, and affordable imaging solution with many advanced functions to satisfy a wide variety of business needs.

RVI for IBM i is an on-premises solution that easily integrates with any of your IBM i applications.

RVI OneLook is our browser-based interface that provides an intuitive look & feel for your end users.

There are two pricing tiers based on whether you plan to implement a small start-up project or an enterprise-wide solution.

RVI Express is $15,000 (ten concurrent user license) and RVI Complete is $30,000 (unlimited users). RVI Express easily upgrades to RVI Complete.

Annual support is just 16.5% of the applicable software license charge and includes future RVI release updates.

RVI for IBM i Spool File System

RVI Spool File handles the capture, storage, and retrieval of your IBM i print & report output.

RVI Spool File is a native IBM i application with the same RVI OneLook user interface as the RVI Express/Complete systems.

RVI Express is $10,000 (unlimited users) and easily upgrades to RVI Complete.

Annual support is just 16.5% of the applicable software license charge and includes future RVI release updates.

RVI for IBM i Basic System

RVI Basic is an Electronic File Cabinet system for your scanned paper documents and imported PC files (word processing, spreadsheets, PDFs, emails, photos, AV files, etc.).

RVI Basic is a native IBM i application with the same RVI OneLook user interface as the RVI Express/Complete systems.

RVI Basic is $10,000 (unlimited users) and easily upgrades to RVI Complete.

RVI Cloud System

RVI Cloud hosts your documents, reports and files on a physically secured site that is backed-up to a similar site for additional protection.

Users have secured 24x7 access to just your company data and only those documents they are authorized to retrieve.

Monthly subscription pricing is capacity-based and includes RVI Complete (using OneLook interface), server, storage, and support for a total solution.

RVI Cloud pricing starts at $800 monthly for the initial tier of 100 GB and increases $100 monthly for each incremental 100 GB tier required.

RVI for Windows System

An RVI for Windows system is also available as an on-premises option that easily integrates with your Windows applications.
