RVI Certified Partner Requirements

Strong skills in the following:

Strong OS programming skills. Programming in RPG (sometimes COBOL or Basic).
CL Programming.
Working knowledge of Client Access, installation and configuration.
iSeries connectivity
Familiarity with emulation programs (RUMBA, iSeries Client Access, Netsoft, etc.).
PC setup and configuration.
Troubleshooting abilities.
Good communication skills, will be used to understand customer objectives and provide customer onsite training.

RVI Installer Qualification Process

New Installers are required to work along with other qualified RVI Installers during the software installation process to demonstrate their individual proficiency and to become knowledgeable of the RVI Document Imaging System.

The time required for individual certification depends on the skill set of each installer and normally requires participation in two to three installations.
